Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24 hours.

  • Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on location. Remote areas may take longer.

International Shipping (New Zealand & Asia-Pacific)

  • Available Countries: We currently ship to New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, and selected Asia-Pacific regions.

  • Delivery Time: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

  • Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import feesimposed by their country. AUHEE is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Change of Mind: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns due to change of mind.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Return Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • If the item is faulty or incorrect, AUHEE covers all return shipping costs.

    • If the return is not due to our error, the customer is responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes related to the return.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
